Wireless- A Short Film

A series of phone calls are made via an unknown transmitter. Every person who receives the call commits suicide. The town of the incident loses five hundred people within seconds.
Jet, one of the only survivors, is tracking down the culprit. She is looking to bring whoever's responsible to justice, but can she make it before the transmitter starts to make another set of calls?
The £280 will be match funded by myself (although any more raised on top of the total will really help me in this respect, I could use all the funding help I can get). Also, 5% of anything on top of the £280 will go to Cancer Research.
The £280 I am looking to raise will go towards the following:
A) Location Expense- £50- although I am not looking to spend money on the actual locations, things such as electricity will have a fee.
B) Travel- £100- The shoot is an expenses only production, however with six crew members and three main actors, the cost soon adds up.
C) Lighting and sound- £100- Although I have main equipment like cameras available, I have to get hold of lighting and sound equipment.

Hey! Sorry for the long time away, the whole process was amazing, and we've had to wind down a bit after it!
Just to let you know, all the pledge rewards will be sent out in mid-December now, because of a slight delay with the film, and the film will be released very soon.

SHOOT!
It's been a busy few days, auditioning actors, taking pre-production stills and sorting out production design, but the start of the shoot is near! We are filming next Monday to Wednesday, so be sure to look out for stills/ videos from the set. You can keep up to date with everything between updates over at

Today has been an amazing day for this project. Literally can't thank people enough. Any extra funds would be greatly appreciated, and everything over target has a percentage going towards Cancer Research.
Looking forward to the next steps on this journey, starting with a scout tomorrow and auditions Wednesday.

Thanks so much for all of the pledges so far!
We still have a way to go in the next couple of days funding wise, however everything else is starting to eventually fall into place. Locations are being finalised this week, auditions are being held Wednesday (with a very exciting young actor looking to play Alex, who you might well recognise), and the script is almost at the end of the final draft.
We really can't make this film without you, so if you can help in any way possible, that would be great. Just a couple more days to go!
