"Vektor: Terminal Apocalypse" will be a direct sequel to the independent and self-funded postapocalyptic thriller "VEKTOR", made in 2010., directed by Ivan Rogar. We want to make this film filled with action, and that's why we need extra funding.

THE PLOT:

Some time has passed since the events that occurred in the first film.
Gabriel is on a search for the unknown and menacing entity 'Elena', traveling through the decayed landscape, in the aftermath of war. He stumbles upon a village of strange people in a raging conflict with a band of mercenaries, who seem to be worshipping something that could be 'Elena' herself."

We want to make an impact on the stale Croatian cinema that is ruled by the old 'regime' that won't allow new experimental films to be made, e.g. anything more 'taboo' than dramas centered around the war that occurred here in the 90s. We also want to make other filmmakers like us in our country to take the bold move ahead, on our example, crossing into new popular genres like science fiction, horror and action packed films. This might change the situation of stale Croatian film.
