Think of a world where anything might be inside –we want to create an "Imaginarium" where any extraordinary act might be on show.

At its simplest, it is a showman's booth that can contain an audience of 20-30 – a gorgeous entrance, with a showground barker entertaining the queue prior to entering the exotic world of Uncle Tacko’s Imaginarium!

Inside there is enough space to stand or sit on benches and watch a show lasting just 15 minutes before being ushered outside for the grand finale.

The Imaginarium revisits the wonderful world of the fairground sideshow - in the first instance, we shall present a flea circus, but the Imaginarium can house many artists’ dreams – fortune-telling, music, puppetry, storytelling, contortion. It is a fascinating space of curiosities in which anything can be shared for a short period of time with an intimate audience. It is mobile and can be set up anywhere - festival, event, village fete, street party....

Uncle Tacko's Imaginarium will hopefully tour UK festivals in 2012 but we need your help to bring the Imaginarium to life!

We are aiming to raise £2000 for the construction of the Imaginarium.
